WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives, ensuring maximum revenue generation and market penetration in the Karachi region.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales forecasting and planning: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to forecast sales projections and develop effective sales plans and budgets for the Karachi region.
  • Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Karachi region, including establishing partnerships, expanding client base, and exploring untapped market segments.
  • Market research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Staying up-to-date on new technologies and products.

WHAT WE NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of the sales process, techniques, and methodologies in financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, with the ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Familiarity with the sales dynamics and market trends specific to the Karachi region
  • Experience in selling products or services related to the information technology (IT) industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the capability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving skills.
