14Stars SocialEdge SMC Pvt Limited is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive sales within the IT sector. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new clients, promoting our range of digital marketing, web development, and IT services, and closing deals. This role offers a competitive basic salary with additional incentives through a commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage prospective clients in the IT industry, particularly focusing on web development, full stack solutions, and digital marketing services.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through phone calls, meetings, and email outreach.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Effectively communicate the value of 14Stars SocialEdge’s IT services and solutions to potential clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest trends in IT and digital marketing to effectively position the company’s offerings.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in IT services, web development, or digital marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects at once.
Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, and software development is a plus.
Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

Compensation:

Basic salary of PKR 25,000 per month.
Attractive commission structure based on a percentage of each successfully closed project (details will be provided during the interview).
