We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and converting digital leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional digital proficiency, strong customer relationship skills, and a passion for delivering superior service.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other digital channels, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads generated through various digital platforms, ensuring timely and successful closure of sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate these to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to product and service enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in digital sales, customer service, or related roles within the home construction or building materials industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong familiarity with digital communication tools such as WhatsApp for business, email, and social media platforms.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
