We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work in our marketing team, working on a broad range of tasks. You will work predominately on digital marketing projects but will also get the change to assist with events and research.
What will you be doing:
Tou will be:
- Drafting, scheduling and obtaining sign off for all social media posts
- Managing our social media communities.
- Managing and building our content collateral bank.
- Contributing towards our digital marketing strategy.
- Working closely with internal teams to obtain new content and ideas for digital campaigns across socials, website, blog and email platforms.
- Liaising with our website developments on changes and updates.
- Managing diary of events and helping to organize meetings and events.
- Monitoring analytics and KPI’s for all digital marketing activities.
Skills for success:
- Tech-savvy.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with numbers - ability to collect and understand data/information.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and design programmes (Canva experience would be a benefit).
- Experience with email marketing platforms or using a CMS or CRM system is a plus.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in the energy efficiency sector is an advantage
