Position Overview:

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services. In addition, you'll actively engage in sales efforts to promote our offerings and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email. 

  • Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with product selection. 

  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to effectively promote and upsell to customers. 

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals through proactive sales techniques. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, generating new sales opportunities. 

  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system 

  • Continuously improve knowledge of products/services and industry trends 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Active listening skills 

  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to accept criticism. 

  • Sales and persuasive skills 

  • Knowledge about handling CRM-related applications efficiently. 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales role preferred. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach 

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
