We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative and HR Manager to oversee our company's daily administrative operations and manage our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, efficient, and personable individual who can effectively multitask and adapt to various challenges.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Manage daily office operations, including organizing and coordinating administrative procedures
  2. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates smoothly.
  3. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders, as necessary.
  4. Prepare and organize office meetings and events, including logistics and documentation.
  5. Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

HR Management:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process and payroll management.
  4. Support current and future business needs through the training, development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in management sciences including Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
