Sales and Business Development Executive

3Scale Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and international client acquisition.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, submitting winning proposals on Upwork, conducting targeted outreach on LinkedIn, and converting qualified leads into long-term business opportunities. You will manage client communication, follow up with prospects, and work closely with the internal team to understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience working with international clients and generating projects for software development, web development, AI, or digital marketing services will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork.
Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn and email.
Manage client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Convert leads into successful projects and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth handover.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.
