We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial accounting and reporting with a strong background in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
Experience:
- Fresh Articles from a Chartered Accountant Firm
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience in managing ledgers, bills, cash, and inventory
- Familiarity with purchasing order systems, receivables, and payables
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ability to prepare financial statements and balance sheets
- Knowledge of procurement processes and managing supplier relationships
- Experience in project accounting is an advantage
- Understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and reporting standards
- Ability to maintain and organize accounting records and documentation effectively
Requirements
- Education: CAF Qualified/ACCA
- Analytical Skills & Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
