Assistant Manager Accounts

3G Constructions is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our finance department located in DHA phase 6, Lahore. This role requires a candidate with at least three years of experience in accounting, specialized in managing accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and general ledger management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation compliance and must be skilled in using ERP accounting systems, MS Excel and accounting software to ensure accurate financial data management and compliance with regulatory standards. The Assistant Manager Accounts supports the financial operations of 3G Constructions by assisting in the preparation of income tax returns and handling tax notices while maintaining an understanding of financial data. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, along with a comprehensive knowledge of taxation laws and regulatory compliance, is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of income tax returns and manage correspondence related to tax notices.
Conduct detailed invoice and payment reconciliations.
Utilize ERP accounting systems and accounting software to record, track and report financial transactions.
Prepare expense reports as per management requirement and maintain filing of these reports.
Produce accurate financial reports and summaries for management.
Use MS Excel and MS Word proficiently to prepare financial documentation and reports.
Support the finance team by providing accurate financial data and interpretations as needed.
