- Providing technical support for a range of hardware and software issues
- Troubleshooting more complex technical problems
- Escalating issues to higher level support as needed
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of User interactions and support actions
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date on new technologies and products.
WHAT WE NEED
- Understanding of computers, networks and software.
- Understanding of Software Development and troubleshooting.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer science or electronics or highr.
- Experience using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good Knowledge installing Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
