- Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives, ensuring maximum revenue generation and market penetration in the Lahore region.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales forecasting and planning: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to forecast sales projections and develop effective sales plans and budgets for the Lahore region.
- Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Punjab region, including establishing partnerships, expanding client base, and exploring untapped market segments.
- Market research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Staying up-to-date on new technologies and products.
WHAT WE NEED
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- We need fresh graduate and no specific experience is required.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, with the ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the capability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills.
