You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of IT support and services. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, prioritizing.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Coordination:
- Assign and dispatch service requests to the appropriate IT technicians or teams based on skills, availability, and priority.
- Monitor and track the status of ongoing service tickets to ensure timely completion.
Team Collaboration:
- Liaise with technicians, vendors, and other departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and address them to avoid service delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration
Experience:
- Proven experience in service coordination, dispatching, or a similar role in the IT industry.
Technical Skills:
- 0-1 years of hands-on IT.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
