We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant specializing in Umrah and ticketing services to join our team in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle Umrah and ticketing inquiries, and ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships by offering personalized services for Umrah packages and ticketing.
- Umrah Expertise: Guide clients through the Umrah process, including package selection, visa applications, and travel arrangements.
- Ticketing Services: Manage flight bookings, ticket issuance, and adjustments using travel booking systems.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange hotel bookings, transportation, and other travel logistics for clients.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitors’ pricing, policies, and trends to enhance our offerings.
- Package Development: Assist in creating and refining Umrah and travel packages based on customer feedback.
- Documentation: Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of documents such as visas, tickets, and booking confirmations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a travel agency, focusing on Umrah and ticketing services.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Urdu is required; Arabic fluency is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with global distribution systems (GDS) or other ticketing platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Umrah processes, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
